Changes or Alterations on Custom Orders that were Places.....

Construction starts on your custom wig within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment.  Therefore, any changes to your order MUST BE received no later then 72 hours from the time you place your order.  Any changes submitted thereafter, will be subject to a $75 change fee to cover the cost of wasted materials.

We offer fast shipping and always ship out orders in-stock before 4:45 eastern pacific time. However, we are not responsible for late shipments via third party carriers resulting in missed hair appointments etc. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Please refer to your tracking number to predict delivery day.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality Human hair to our customers all over the world. We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with beautiful, reliable hair. In the rare event you experience matting or tangling, we will replace the it. You must send the defected hair back within 14 days of problem for an inspection. We will examine it for any damage or alterations prior to approving the replacement. We will not accept hair that has been altered in any way including cut hand-tied wefts, colored or chemically processed hair. By purchasing our products all customers agree not to perform a chargeback on defected products. Please follow our return/exchange policy to receive replacements and contact us by phone or email regarding all unsatisfactory transactions.
